Swapcat.com Rights To Terminate

You agree that Swapcat.com, acting within its rights as
owner of the site, can terminate any listing or use of
Swapcat.com immediately and without notice to any user
if (a) it believes that your actions are in violation of the terms
and conditions as well as the ethos of the site or (b) if
it believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights
of other users.

Your Conduct
You are solely responsible for activity and actions on
Swapcat.com and in doing so your participation in the
swapping of sporting goods must not violate any applicable
laws or regulations. You are responsible for checking that
you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
Swapcat.com has been set up to provide users a means of swapping/selling sporting goods only.

Emails & Communications
By registering with Swapcat.com you are accepting the terms
of this User Agreement.

Swapcat.com will send you emails related directly to your listings and any offers/swaps offered against these.

Swapcat.com will also send you emails pertaining to any
additional items listed that we feel maybe of interested to
you, send you special offers and notify you of any major
changes to the site.

Modification to the service

Swapcat.com reserve the right to alter or closedown the site if there is a change in the law or as a result of changes within Swapcat. Should we undertake to close down swapcat.com or cease trading for any period of time we will give you at least
30 days notice. In doing so we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result.

If Swapcat.com is no longer a live, working website due to circumstances beyond our control and we can not give you this amount of notice we will give you as much as possible.

Laws
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed
in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
